A bit more about Theresa

Theresa has been with BFA from the start and handles all the financial aspects of the business.  She believes strongly in providing a professional service whilst caring for clients, staff and owners’ welfare, and having fun along the way. Her special expertise focuses on project management, looking after all the projects the business has whether that is setting up new offices or dealing with external contractors, and debtor management, liaising with clients and providing as many options as possible to make it easier for them to pay BFA. 


She describes herself as the ‘Cultural Watchdog and Fluff Myster’ within the business ensuring that as owners they never take their staff for granted and that they feel valued through recognition and with fun events.  


In her time away from the office Theresa enjoys the social side of keeping fit. She has recently discovered disc golf and has also started dabbling in painting through an art class which has rekindled her long-lost passion for this.
