A bit more about Vanessa
Vanessa is our HR Manager, initially starting with us nearly 20 years ago then returning to us after a period of time at home raising her family. During her time at BFA, Vanessa has worked in the area of Human Resources, previously mainly as a consultant, assisting our clients with employment law advice, preparation of employment and contractor agreements, payroll advice, recruitment, dispute management and any other HR issues. However, she now focuses on our internal HR function, providing advice on payroll, HR processes, and the preparation of our employment agreements or contracts for service.
Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her family, mountain biking, walking the dog and generally enjoying the outdoors.
