| SCENIC CELLARS After nine years in business and addressing the current economic challenges, we realised it was time for change. In December 2010, John Barlow, one of our directors had an idea of developing our traditional cellar on the waterfront into a boutique wine store and eatery. This was a huge adjustment, not only for the other directors, but also for the way the business had been structured for almost a decade. Mark SInclair from BFA, has a lot of experience and knowledge in finance and business structures, so he was a natural choice to guide us. He was instrumental in developing a financial and business model so that we felt confident to make successful changes to the company. We identifed a suitable location for the new venture and had to readjust our mindset to cater for the new possibilities. Our project came to fruition at the beginning of August this year and we truely value the input and vision that Mark Sinclair had when developing the business practices that we feel will provide us with long term success. We can now offer our customers a fantastic choice: The Eatery with an abundant menu of fresh, seasonal, delicious plates to share with friends, family or colleagues and Scenic Cellars with a great selection of wines from all over the world.
