Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming the way businesses operate. Tools that automate processes, generate insights, and streamline communication are becoming more accessible every day. While AI can be incredibly helpful in admin-heavy areas, it’s not always the right choice, especially when it comes to HR advice.
HR matters are complex, emotionally charged, and regulated by strict employment laws. Providing advice in this space requires human judgement, empathy, and a nuanced understanding of each situation. Relying too heavily on AI-generated HR advice can expose a business to risks that outweigh the convenience.

Non‑compliance with privacy legislation (for example, how employee data is managed or where it is stored)
Oversharing beyond the intended use
