As General Manager of BFA, Vicki is responsible for implementing the strategies of the business as directed by the BFA Board. Vicki also assists customers requiring change management and in particular those businesses in stressed situations, who require attention to all areas of their business including financial, restructuring, staffing, systems and strategic development.

Garth Beker

Garth specialises in the business of forestry, business systems, tenders, costings, pricing, proposals and evaluations of forest investment options.  Experienced in road transport contracting and information systems.  Garth has also had experience with the intricacies of taxation in the aviation industry.

Hayley has worked at Beker Findlay Allan for over 6 years and is a qualified Accounting Technician and Member of the CAANZ. She has an incredible attention to detail when it comes to dealing with the IRD, GST, Tax and preparation of Financial Statements. Hayley is one of our experts in Xero Payroll, provides Xero training and works closely with many of our clients with their day to day administration management of their small Bbusinesses.

Before moving into financial accounting Rhonda worked for a large corporate farmer within their North Island finance team for twelve years. Rhonda’s expertise lies with our large dairy farmers and she has vast knowledge of Banklink and Rural Cash Manager accounting software.

Malinda grew up in Reporoa and began her career in Taupo, in the commercial accountancy field. She worked in Taranaki for a large accounting firm with a base of primarily rural clients, while completing her degree with a double major in Accountancy and Marketing. Malinda is Xero certified with a lot of hands on experience in the Xero system and passionate about understanding how a client’s business works.

Barb was originally from Auckland and ended up shifting to her favourite holiday haunt of Taupo. Her background has been varied having worked in the funeral industry, Bereavement Care at Middlemore Hospital, various sales and admin roles and a 10-year stint as Sky Television’s Customer Services Manager. Barb has worked solely in administration since her shift to Taupo and loves working with the BFA team and along with her fellow MSA look after the directors and senior staff.

She worked for seven years as PA to the CEO in South Auckland’s largest Maori community service provider. She has a wide range of experience in administration and is enjoying being part of the BFA Team and supporting the Directors and senior staff.

Vanessa White

Vanessa first started with BFA in 2003 and has recently returned after a period of “family growth”. During her time at BFA, Vanessa has worked in the area of Human Resources, predominantly as a consultant. Vanessa is able to assist our clients with employment law advice, preparation of employment and contractor agreements, payroll advice, recruitment, dispute management and any other HR issues.

Vanessa also assists BFA with our internal administration and Companies Office work.

Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her family, mountain biking and generally enjoying the outdoors.
